I had the most amazing stay at The Ritz-Carlton in Charlotte! The executive suite I booked was incredibly comfortable, with a heavenly bed and a surprisingly comfy sofa bed. The air conditioner in the suite was fantastic, which is a big requirement for me. The staff was exceptional, from C.J. who helped me arrange something special for my daughter's birthday to the valets and bellmen who were attentive. Desi from housekeeping provided service with a smile and the in-room dining was fast and delicious. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants, Spectrum Arena, and Bank of America Stadium. I will definitely be returning for another staycation soon!

The hotel was a great value for the money, especially given its central location in the heart of the city. The staff were incredibly attentive and the basic amenities provided were top-notch. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, with the most incredible bathroom.
All was satisfactory, no improvements needed.

This hotel is an excellent value for money, especially considering the attention to detail and level of service provided. The location, right across the street from lively bars in the center of the city, was perfect for the event we attended. The staff at the front desk were friendly and accommodating, ensuring our check-in process was smooth despite the loud music blaring in the lobby. The rooms were well-appointed, with the most incredible bathroom and a level of comfort that made our stay truly enjoyable. Additionally, the breakfast offered was delicious and satisfying.

This hotel exudes luxury and exclusivity. The service is impeccable, and the Spa and wellness center is truly exceptional. The indoor swimming pool has a sauna and jacuzzi. Live entertainment is available in the bar/lounge area where you can also enjoy snacks. My room had exclusive advantages like a private facility. The restaurant provides in-room breakfast. The location is perfect, allowing for easy walks around town.
The only minor issue I had was with the entertainment. Although there were some live performances available in the bar/lounge area, I was hoping for more variety or options to choose from. Nonetheless, this hotel exceeded my expectations with all the other excellent features.

The service was amazing, with professional and friendly staff. Perfect location for the Andrea Bocelli concert. The bed was like a cloud and the hotel ambience was inviting. The eggs benedict at BLT were outstanding.
