Location: the hotel was close enough to the Spectrum Center and entertainment and restaurants, the basketball arena/concert venue right next door, and the downstairs restaurant. The staff were attentive and lively, everything was amazing. The room was top-notch and well-maintained with private bathroom.

Very good staff, favourable location in the Charlotte's uptown. Also - just next door to the east coast, and the basketball arena/concert venue right next door.

Spacious and immaculately clean venue with a great value and professional stuff. Had deluxe king room with a garden view and liquor, as example. Paid US$ 846.

Enjoyed the room with the music blarring, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. Hotel's staff was very good all the time. The venue had a central location and it was right next to Uptown Charlotte.

The room was well-equipped and top-notch with the music blarring, the staff where attentive. The location was favourable, not too far away from Nascar Hall of Fame. Further, it was close enough to the airport, Bank of America Stadium and Charlotte, North Carolina.

The staff are extremely helpful, managed the parking on site. Overall the room is large, huge and includes a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and an individual safe. The hotel offers a wide range of food that was tasty.

I had the most amazing stay at The Ritz-Carlton in Charlotte! The executive suite I booked was incredibly comfortable, with a heavenly bed and a surprisingly comfy sofa bed. The air conditioner in the suite was fantastic, which is a big requirement for me. The staff was exceptional, from C.J. who helped me arrange something special for my daughter's birthday to the valets and bellmen who were attentive. Desi from housekeeping provided service with a smile and the in-room dining was fast and delicious. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants, Spectrum Arena, and Bank of America Stadium. I will definitely be returning for another staycation soon!

We got a room with a bathtub. The stuff were very friendly and attentive day and night. Besides, the location was stunning for our stay, within 5 minutes' walk of an indoor arena. The area was excellent just off downtown Charlotte, a glacial stream and shops and restaurants.

The hotel was a great value for the money, especially given its central location in the heart of the city. The staff were incredibly attentive and the basic amenities provided were top-notch. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, with the most incredible bathroom.

All was satisfactory, no improvements needed.
